How do I get my document notarized virtually?

• Book an appointment

We are available year-round to notarize your documents online, simply book a time on our calendar.

• Upload your document

Once you gain access to our secure platform, you will be able to upload your document.

• Log into the video session

You will receive a link to a video session, save this link and click on it before your scheduled appointment date.

Wait to be connected
You will go into a queue and will then be connected to a live Notary agent.

 

• Identity verification

We will ask you for two forms of ID and a series of security questions to verify your identity online.

• Receive Notarized Documents by email

Once we have notarized your document, we will send you a secure link to download the files.
